Minimalist 3D printed golf ball stands. The small version holds 4 balls and the large version holds 10 balls. A simple solution for keeping balls organized when practicing putting.
The models were created by densely packing spheres with diameters equal to golf balls then subtracting their volumes from a 4.5mm tall base which is bounded by the outer edges of the spheres. A chamfer makes it easy to move balls on and off the stand with a putter.
The 4 ball holder prints in <45 minutes and uses only 15 grams of material, while the 10 ball holder prints in <90 minutes and uses only 30 grams of material.
